Andy’s military career spanned 37 years and included operations in Belize, Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. Over three decades of this time was spent in leadership positions, and he finished in a senior leadership position where he was responsible for over 4,000 people.
During his time in the army, Andy was decorated for gallantry and leadership by both the UK and the United States, earning a Mention in Despatches, a Queen’s Commendation and a Bronze Star.
Today, he is both experientially and academically qualified as a corporate speaker. Andy was able to develop his leadership style throughout his military career and learned to adapt to circumstance. Now, he shares the lessons he learnt with his clients.
