Coaching
Most leaders and managers are aware of the power of coaching and its ability to reduce interference in life and release potential. Andy deals with the conscious mind and finds answers to difficulties and dilemmas , unpacking self-imposed constraints and improving performance. He can focus on major life decisions, prioritisation concerns, performance issues or personal dilemmas. Coaching can act simply as a mind clearer to work out what is important to you. Within your organisation it can support a learning culture and increase team perfornance.
Andy is a Chartered Management Institute trained Level 7 coach and mentor and conducts leadership mentoring with both public and private organisations.
Clinical Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy
We all have the potential to improve or sabotage ourselves. Our behaviour and feelings around our own progress can help or hinder our lives and careers. The subconscious mind is both a reservoir of unrecognised potential as well as being the inadvertent source of many of our limitations.
For therapeutic purposes hypnotherapy can deliver corrections to issues in our subconscious mind that we didn’t even know were holding us back.
Our Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hilary, can help you achieve a state of deep relaxation whilst being fully aware and in control. Whilst in this state deep rooted constructs can be addressed and eliminated.
Hilary has successfully helped clients with high performing anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, bereavement, alcoholism and other fears and phobias, trauma and hypnobirthing.
Conference Services
Conferences are important times to showcase what it is you do and how you are working with others to achieve your goals. Delegates will judge you by the quality of your conference and the issues discussed there, including your use of media and your ability to bring all subjects together in a coherent way. Andy is experienced as a conference chair and an MC and has a strong background in planning events, including Royal visits.

Public Speaking
Andy's Army service included many years in leadership positions. His military career took him all over the World and he was involved in operations in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan and has led organisations sized from 24 people to 4000+ people including through the COVID lockdowns.
HIs public speaking will focus on his life experiences, what he’s learned about leadership, life and people, and what he still has to understand. He will talk about his passion for sailing, about being the skipper of a yacht; racing, adventure racing and leisure, and about teaching others to enjoy sailing as well.
He is able to tailor what he says to what you want to achieve with the speech, perhaps focusing on leadership, teamwork, resilience or followership.
Andy works with Inner Spark, a charity funded Programme conducting motivational workshops and presentations in schools to help children tackle some of life's challenges.
