About Andy
Ich Dien Solutions is primarily run by Andy Hadfield, a speaker, coach, conference chair and motivational speaker with 37 years of military experience, including 32 years in leadership positions.
Andy’s military service saw him take part in operations in Belize, Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. He finished his career in a senior leadership position, where he was responsible for over 4,000 people. Andy has been decorated for gallantry and leadership by both the UK and the United States, earning a Mention in Despatches, a Queen’s Commendation and a Bronze Star.
Today, Andy is a Level 7 coach and leadership mentor who uses the lessons he has learned in the army and in life to help you navigate your leadership and management difficulties and dilemmas. In his spare time, he’s a professional yacht skipper and instructor.
About Hilary
Andy is supported at Ich Dien Solutions by Hilary, who has almost 40 years’ experience in various clinical roles and has used hypnotherapy successfully both in the UK and abroad.
Hilary specialises in helping you overcome the subconscious barriers that are limiting your potential as a manager or leader.
