There is a definite link between people who are failing to believe in themselves and sub-optimal performance in life and work, and this happens in all parts of society and businesses. Assistance with strategy to tackle this problem systemically is always available for you as a business, but individuals need to be helped as well.
At Ich Dien we have a toolkit to address this, whether coaching, mentoring or hypnotherapy. In the conscious mind coaching can help you to get to the solutions you know you need to take, overcoming your reservations and concerns, and mentoring can help you better understand your role as a leader or manager. Hypnotherapy works in the subconscious mind, and can have profound effects on mental or physical health, and all-round wellbeing.
Through good use of our tools you can maximise attendance and performance and minimise sickness-absence for individuals or teams. A well and robust workforce will meet their potential and be motivated to go beyond and succeed.

Conducting meaningful training is critiical to any business and we believe one option for running leadership resilience continuous professional development is onboard a 70' sailing yacht, the JAMES COOK, off Tyneside; a project we call Leadership Sails. Since she was built by Tyneside apprentices the boat has been round the World and now takes children and young people on adventures in the UK, Scandinavia and Europe. She is chartered from the Ocean Youth Trust (North), the charity that delivers the adventures.
Conducting CPD on the sea takes people out of their comfort zone and optimises training and builds confidence. The professional team on board wil ensure all attendees are kept between their comfort and stretch zones, and out of their panic zone where great learning is really hard. No previous sailing experience is required.
This is unique to the North East and is a great way to see the River Tyne and the North East coast from a different perspective.
